John is a Vice President at Transition Solutions. In this role he has responsibility for business development and key account management for consulting and career transition, as well as selective executive coaching assignments. Understanding the client’s business needs and expectations and providing effective and sustainable solutions is core to John’s role with Transition Solutions.
John has over 25 years of Human Resources Management experience. Twenty of those years were as the senior Human Resources executive for corporations in the computer software, medical device, consumer products and industrial products. His focus was on building organizations capable of meeting or exceeding the immediate and long-term plans of those organizations. Before joining our firm, John was Vice President of Search Services for Gatti & Associates, a national search firm specializing in Human Resources search and placement. Previously, he was with Right Management Consultants focused on coaching executives and middle managers on management effectiveness and career readiness, as well as key account management and business development for career transition and consulting.
His primary focus has been on Human Resources strategy, structure, business process improvement, and Talent Management. While head of Human Resources, John has significant experience managing legal, engineering, and innovation functions in several industries.
John is a graduate of Bryant University with a degree in Business Administration. He is an active member of SHRM, NEHRA, HRM-RI, and other professional organizations.
