Lawrence Childs is a leadership and organization development expert with over 25 years of experience in multiple Fortune 150 companies, growing leaders and organizations to be their best at implementing business strategy. He has worked with international executives from around the globe in identifying the key success factors for taking their businesses to the next level and then ensuring that those factors are part of how they and their organizations operate. Larry has coached executives, managers and individual contributors to sharpen their skills in working with others, developing successful teams and communicating their stories to key constituencies.
Lawrence has worked at Ford, Texaco, Liberty Mutual and Raytheon in senior training and organizational development roles. He holds a Ph.D. and M.A. from the University of Illinois – Chicago in social and organizational psychology and a B.A. from Hartwick College in Oneonta, NY. He currently serves on the HRLF Career Services Committee, offering career assistance and programs for HR executives.
