Richard Marciante has more than thirty years experience in Human Resource management and consulting. The majority of his work has been in the high technology industry from start up enterprises to fortune 500 companies.
Richard has been the designer of Performance Management, Succession Planning and Retention programs which have significantly impacted the quality of organizational performance and retention of key employees in many businesses.
Richard's career has included positions with Prime Computer, Digital Equipment Corporation,Stratus Computer and Standard MEMS in roles from Business Partner to Vice President of Human Resources.
Currently, Richard is providing Consulting to businesses in areas of Management Development, Employee Transition and Interim Human Resource Management.
